Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Business Development Manager role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for partial work from home.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and drive revenue growth for Triplerock’s advisory and execution services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, leading client meetings and negotiations, and collaborating with delivery teams to align solutions with client needs. The role also involves tracking sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting on business development performance, while continuously refining go-to-market strategies.





Qualifications

- Robust skills in sales, business development, and account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in market research, lead generation, and pipeline management within B2B or consulting environments.
- Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, or related domains, and ability to understand complex operational solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based client relationships.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data-driven decision-making and financial considerations.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting, managing time and priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in consulting, technology services, logistics, or supply chain-focused roles is highly beneficial.
