We are looking for someone who has strong experience in New Business Development, B2B Sales & Client Acquisition, preferably from an Advertising Agency.

The ideal candidate should have:

✅ 2–4 years of experience in Advertising Agency / BTL / Marketing / Media Sales

✅ Proven experience in NBD / BDE / Business Development / Sales

✅ Strong understanding of 360° Advertising & Marketing Solutions

✅ Knowledge of key advertising verticals such as:

BTL Activation

Retail Branding

Merchandising

OOH / Outdoor Advertising

Events & MICE

Branding & Marketing Solutions

- Client Servicing & Campaign Execution

✅ Ability to identify, approach, onboard and retain new clients

✅ Strong business networking & lead-generation skills

✅ Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills

✅ Confident,

✅ Strong negotiation, pitching & presentation skills

✅ Target-oriented approach with a proven sales mindset
