We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build solid client relationships and contribute to the companys growth. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to understand market requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.

- Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals and other channels.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations and commercial discussions.

- Prepare business proposals, presentations and quotations.

- Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity.

- Work with internal teams to develop solutions aligned with client needs.





- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and regularly report on business development performance.

- Achieve agreed revenue and business development targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.

- 6-8 years of experience in business development, sales or a related role.

- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

- Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.

- Commercial awareness and a results-oriented approach.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and part of a team.

- Willingness to travel when required.
