Sukruthi Innovations is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Solar EPC to drive business growth and expand our presence across the Commercial, Industrial and Institutional segments.

? What You’ll Be Responsible For✅ Generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline for Solar EPC projects

✅ Identify new business opportunities across C&I;, rooftop, ground-mounted, captive and open-access projects

✅ Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, developers and channel partners

✅ Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/design teams to develop suitable solutions

✅ Lead the complete sales cycle — lead generation → client meetings → proposal → negotiation → closure

✅ Conduct client presentations, commercial discussions and site visits

✅ Coordinate with Design, Procurement and Project teams for timely proposals and project handover

✅ Maintain sales forecasts, CRM updates and business development reports

✅ Track market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities in the renewable energy sector

? What We’re Looking For✔ 4+ years of proven experience in Solar EPC Sales / Business Development

✔ Strong existing network of industrial,



commercial and institutional clients

✔ Proven ability to independently generate leads and convert opportunities into business

✔ Strong understanding of Solar EPC solutions and project economics

✔ Good knowledge of EPC costing, commercial negotiations and proposal processes

✔ Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

✔ Strong client relationship and key account management abilities

✔ Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities

⭐ Added Advantage? Experience in C&I; Solar EPC

? Rooftop & ground-mounted Solar projects

? Captive / Open Access projects

? Exposure to BESS / Energy Storage solutions

? Knowledge of CAPEX / OPEX / RESCO models

? Experience working with consultants, developers and EPC partners

? The Key RequirementWe are particularly looking for someone who can bring new business to the organization, build their own client pipeline, generate qualified opportunities and take ownership of revenue generation.

Lead generation and business acquisition are key responsibilities of this role.
