Key responsibilities
Bring in new international buyers, especially UK & USA.
Develop new markets and business opportunities
Lead negotiations and close recent orders
Own revenue, margins and profitability
Oversee the business from customer acquisition to order execution
Build and lead the business development team
We are looking for someone with:
Strong garment export experience
Proven track record in acquiring new buyers
Excellent international buyer network
Strong commercial and leadership skills
