What You’ll Do

Drive Sales & Revenue: Identify high-potential market leads, client acquisition, and close high-ticket property and partnership deals.

Build Relationships: Network with property developers, investors, channel partners, and buyers to expand Propsarthi’s market network.

Strategy & Pipeline: Develop end-to-end sales pipelines,



deliver tailored presentations, and execute growth initiatives.

Market Insights: Keep pulse on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics to advise buyers and partners effectively.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relation management (Real Estate background is a major plus).

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Strategic thinker with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
