Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Development Manager – Client Acquisition to join our early-stage team in Gurugram.

This is a client-facing role focused on connecting with Founders, CXOs and Business Owners, introducing Office Planners, understanding their business requirements and driving client acquisition and memberships.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective business clients
- Connect and meet with Founders, CXOs and Business Owners
- Present the Office Planners proposition
- Understand and capture business requirements
- Drive client acquisition and annual memberships
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage follow-ups and move opportunities towards closure
- Coordinate with the internal team for active client requirements

Qualifications





- 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development or Client Acquisition
- Robust communication and presentation skills
- Confident engaging with senior business decision-makers
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up abilities
- Target-oriented, proactive and ownership-driven
- Comfortable independently managing meetings and a sales pipeline
- Experience in B2B services or solution selling is preferred
- Comfortable working in an early-stage environment
