Role Description This is a full-time Business Development Manager role based in Ahmedabad with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of in-office and work-from-home days.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and conduct discovery calls and presentations with prospective clients. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and delivery teams to craft tailored growth proposals, prepare pricing and contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing clients,



tracking performance against revenue targets, updating CRM records, and providing regular reports and insights to leadership. The role also requires staying informed about digital marketing trends and competitor offerings to refine the agency’s positioning and messaging.
