Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Coimbatore.

The Business Development

Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and expand the customer base across target industries in India.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing sales plans, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company pricing and margin guidelines. The role involves close collaboration with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure feasible solutions, accurate delivery commitments, and high customer satisfaction.





The Business Development

Manager will also track sales performance, report on pipeline and forecasts, represent the company at client meetings and industry events, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
- Experience in client relationship management and key account handling, preferably within packaging, manufacturing, or related B2B sectors.
- Solid understanding of industrial or corrugated packaging solutions, with the ability to translate customer requirements into practical offerings.
- Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Comfort with basic business tools and CRM or sales tracking systems to document activities and prepare reports.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar role in the packaging or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and business meetings as required.
