We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have 2 years of experience in CRM & ERP sales, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in driving revenue for a product-based company.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for CRM and ERP Sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.




- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in CRM & ERP solutions.
- Experience working in a product-based IT/software company.
- Strong understanding of CRM & ERP functionalities and business processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
