La Quanta Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in PLC, SCADA, HMI, Automation Projects, Smart Robotics Solutions and DCS solutions.

Key Requirements: 10–15 years of experience in sales & marketing of industrial automation systems Strong exposure to Siemens platform (preferred) Proven track record in automation project sales and be ready for regional travel.

Role Responsibilities

1. Generate and convert leads in automation projects Build and maintain strong client relationships Promote solutions in PLC, SCADA, HMI, Smart Robotics Solutions and DCS automation Achieve sales targets and explore new business opportunities.
2. Educate and Guide Customers on Automation Upgrades and ability to implement AI Tools and New Technologies to improve Plant Performance, Reliability and Efficiency.
3. Ability to understand patiently customer problems and report the same to LQTPL Technical Team to translate their problem into practical solutions.
