Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales, build strategic customer relationships, and accelerate Hydron's growth across key markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development: Identify and acquire new B2B customers. Generate leads, conduct meetings, negotiate, and close business opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Ensure excellent customer experience and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Sales Performance & Market Expansion: Manage the sales pipeline,



achieve revenue targets, provide regular sales updates, and support market expansion initiatives with the leadership team.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 4–6 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales or B2B Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a startup environment.
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
