Qualification : BE / B.Tech (Civil / Mechnical Engineering).

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Strategic/ Policy

- Develop strategy for the companys entry into Special Projects.
- Initiate the road map for execution of Special Projects

Operational

- Make business plan for the different types of Special Projects.
- Forecast the operational requirements of the different types of Special Projects.
- Support the Head-Special Projects in execution of the different projects in hand.
- Forecast the market & statutory requirement of various projects.
- Monitor progress of the ongoing projects in hand.

People

- Effectively coordinate with the execution team with respect to personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with authorities for ensuring smooth execution of the different projects.




- Coordinate with authorities responsible for making project specifications and selling it to the clients.
- Respond to the needs of the construction companies with regard to product services and technology.
- Develop customer relationship/external network and monitor performance of the accounts in the region.

Financial

- Make techno / commercial proposals for discussions with prospective customers
- Participate in tenders floated by various road owners in Government as well as private sector.
- Monitor the financial and operational performance of different projects
- Manage Budget in line with the pricing policy
- Manage credit performance for the projects to assure integrity and security for the company asset

Technology

- Ensure improvement of the different technologies involved in the Special Projects.

Keep track of the developments in the various technologies.
