Echtta is building a goods-transport booking platform for Kochi, connecting shops and customers directly with verified mini-truck, tempo and pickup drivers. We are at the very beginning, and this is our first field hire. You will build the ground network the whole business runs on.

This is a 100% field role. You will be out every day across Kakkanad, Vyttila, Edappally, Palarivattom and Aluva.

What you will do

- Visit furniture shops, hardware stores, electronics and appliance showrooms and building-material suppliers, and explain how Echtta’s franchise partnership earns them money on every delivery they book
- Sign shops onto the partner subscription and complete their onboarding
- Recruit drivers wherever they are — vehicle stands, parking points, workshops, fuel stations and through referrals — and verify licence, RC and insurance
- Follow up so partners actually place bookings; retention is measured, not just signing
- Report daily visits and weekly numbers

Salary and incentives — please read carefully Fixed salary: ₹15,000 per month, plus ₹2,500 fuel and travel allowance.

On top of that, a clear performance incentive against daily and weekly targets

Realistic monthly earnings: ₹20,500 in a slow month, ₹25,700 in a normal month, ₹35,500 in a strong month. There is no cap. Incentives are paid on the 7th of the following month against verified payment records.





Daily activity targets: 15 shop visits, 10 drivers approached, 5 follow-up calls with existing partners.

Who we are looking for

- Genuinely willing to do daily field work — this is not a desk or tele-calling job
- Strong communication and marketing ability. This is the single most important skill. You must be able to walk into a shop cold, explain a new idea clearly in Malayalam, and convince the owner
- 1–3 years in field sales, FMCG distribution, insurance, telecom or channel sales preferred. Outstanding freshers with real confidence will be considered
- Fluent spoken Malayalam; workable English for reporting
- Own two-wheeler with a valid licence (fuel reimbursed)
- Honest reporting — every claimed signing is checked against the payment record

Growth path This is a ground-floor role in a company that is just starting. As Echtta expands across Kochi and then Kerala, the person who built the first network is first in line for Team Lead and City Manager positions, with a higher fixed salary and a share of the team’s performance. We will tell you exactly what the next step requires and when.
