Our client Stravex Technologies is building India's indigenous drone, counter-drone and autonomous defence systems, in line with Aatmanirbhar Bharat. Our tech has been shown to senior Indian Army leadership, showcased at Exercise Kharga Shakti 2026, and we're incubated at IIT Ropar's TBI and MAGIC.

We're looking for a sharp, high-ownership BDM to drive our government, defence and international growth from day one.

What you'll own:

- Government and PSU relationships, tender management (CRC and similar)
- International expansion across Middle East, Europe, Southeast Asia and the Americas
- Commercial proposals and go-to-market strategy, working directly with the founding team

What we're looking for:

2–5 years in defence, government, aerospace or UAV sales. Working knowledge of tender processes (GeM, CRC). Multilingual candidates preferred.
