About The Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to generate new clients, increase revenue, manage sales, and build long-term client relationships for our digital marketing services.

Job Responsibility:

- Generate new leads and clients through inbound/outbound sales, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and partnerships.
- Understand client needs through discovery calls/meetings.
- Prepare and present proposals for SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website Development, Branding, and UGC services.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify upselling and repeat business opportunities.
- Work with marketing and delivery teams for smooth client onboarding and project execution.
- Maintain and update leads and sales reports in CRM.
- Track market trends, competitors, and client needs to find new business opportunities.
- Guide junior sales executives and support the BD team when required.

Requirements:





- 5–9 years of B2B Sales/Business Development experience, preferably in a Digital Marketing or Tech Agency.
- MBA/BBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or related field preferred.
- Experience in closing high-value deals and achieving sales targets.
- Good understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, and Branding.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client handling and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, outbound sales, and consultative selling.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience with sales pipeline and CRM management.

Good to Have:

- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Knowledge of HubSpot / Zoho CRM.
- Digital Marketing Agency sales experience.
- Client retention and account management skills.
- Team handling or sales leadership experience.
