2️⃣ Business Development Team Lead (TL) ? Salary: As per Company Standards

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Monitor daily performance, conversions, and revenue.
- Coach team members and drive consistent sales results.





? What We’re Looking For ✅ 2+ years of EdTech Sales experience – Mandatory

✅ Robust leadership and team management skills

✅ Proven track record of achieving sales targets

✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

? Experience handling low-ticket-price products is preferred.
