Vidyavision.com is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

Position: Business Development Manager

Experience: 3–15 Years

Qualification : MBA/PGDM – Marketing preferred.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in the EdTech, Education, Higher Education, Digital Media, or Online Education industry will have an added advantage.

Professionals currently working or having experience with platforms such as Shiksha, Collegedunia, CollegeDekho, KolleApply, GetMyUni and similar education/EdTech companies are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and acquire recent clients across universities, colleges, and education brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital marketing and lead-generation solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, market research, referrals, and outbound sales.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Digital Marketing, SEO, Content, Sales,



and Operations to deliver client requirements.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the EdTech sector.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, closure, and relationship management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in EdTech or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of the higher education and online education ecosystem.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with colleges, universities, and education companies.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Strong analytical and business development mindset.
