Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Identify and approach potential customers in Paints, Adhesives, Paper, Packaging, Chemicals and allied industries.
- Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations and business meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors and industrial clients.
- Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, quotations, samples, trials and orders.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new applications and market opportunities for company products.
- Handle product trials, customer complaints and technical/commercial follow-ups.
- Monitor competitor activities, market prices, customer requirements and industry trends.
- Prepare sales forecasts, visit reports, market intelligence reports and MIS.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support collection activities.
- Develop long-term business relationships and increase repeat business.




- Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B/industrial sales or business development.
- Experience in Adhesives, Paints, Paper, Chemicals, Packaging or related industries preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good customer relationship and networking abilities.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated and result-driven.
- Ability to independently manage a sales territory.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM/sales reporting will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
