Senior Business Development Manager – Steel / Stainless Steel

Salary: ₹2,00,000–₹3,00,000/month

Working Day – Monday to Saturday

Working hour – 9 hours net

Role

We are looking for a senior business development professional with strong experience in Steel, Stainless Steel, Metals or Industrial Products.

The candidate will be responsible for independent business generation, new customer acquisition, strategic account development and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business development and achieve revenue targets.
- Acquire new B2B customers and develop key accounts.
- Build strong relationships with promoters, directors and purchase heads.
- Leverage existing industry contacts and market network to generate business.
- Develop new markets, territories and customer segments.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Monitor market trends, competition and business opportunities.




- Provide sales forecasts and strategic market updates to management.
- Guide and support the sales team when required.

Requirements

- 15–20 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management.
- Strong experience in Steel / Stainless Steel / Metals / Industrial Products preferred.
- Proven track record of independent business generation and revenue growth.
- Robust industry contacts and customer network.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
- Strong commercial and market understanding.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred.

We are looking for a business generator with an established industry network and proven revenue-generation capability. Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
