Requirements

- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, GeM, etc.), and networking

- Understand client requirements related to software development, web/app development, IT consulting, or managed services

- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business pitches to prospective clients

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

- Coordinate with technical/delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs to close deals profitably

- Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding

- Track opportunities, pipeline, and revenue targets using CRM tools

- Stay updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings

- Represent the company at tech expos, conferences, and client meetings

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field





- 2–5 years of experience in IT sales/business development (agency or IT services background preferred)

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, IT services, and technology solutions

- Experience with bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, GeM) and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) is a plus

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)

- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business proposals

- Self-motivated with a strong target-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in a software development company / IT services firm / SaaS company

- Existing network of clients or leads in the IT sector

- MBA or relevant technical certifications

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
