- Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and branch managers.

- Generate leads from the bank's customer base and convert them into insurance sales.

- Conduct customer meetings and provide suitable insurance solutions.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Train and motivate bank employees on life insurance products and sales processes.

- Ensure high levels of customer service and policy persistency.

- Maintain compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

- Prepare daily activity reports and sales MIS.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 15 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales, Banking, Financial Services, or Banca Channel.

- Strong communication and relationship management skills.

- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

Preferred Candidates

- Experience in Bancassurance, Agency, Direct Sales, or Financial Products.
