Role & responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the infrastructure, geotechnical, and specialized construction sectors.
- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify upcoming projects and business prospects.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve regional business targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, developers, and government authorities.
- Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and proposal teams to prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals.
- Review tender documents, project specifications, and geotechnical reports to identify project opportunities.
- Lead commercial discussions and support contract negotiations through project award.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transition from business acquisition to project execution.
- Prepare regular business development reports, sales forecasts, and opportunity tracking updates.
- Represent the organization during client meetings, technical presentations, conferences, and industry events.

- Ability to interpret project specifications and geotechnical investigation reports.
- Strong analytical, presentation, proposal writing, and documentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagements.

Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings, site visits, business development activities, and industry events across the western region.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline.
- Master’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering or an MBA will be an added advantage.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or Project Development within the infrastructure or specialized construction industry.
- Prior experience with Adani Group or similar large infrastructure organizations will be preferred.
