Role Description

This is a hybrid position based in Ghaziabad with a balance of on-site collaboration (4 days) and remote flexibility (1 day). The Business Development & PR Associate will identify new business opportunities, build a strong pipeline through digital research and email/social outreach, and assist in closing client partnerships.

Note: This role does not involve cold calling. Outreach is conducted primarily via professional digital channels such as Email, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential business leads across domestic and international markets.
- Conduct structured outreach via email marketing,



LinkedIn networking, and digital channels to generate qualified inquiries.
- Assist in preparing pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Nurture inbound and outbound leads through prompt digital communication to close sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and PR teams to align agency deliverables with client objectives.
- Track pipeline activity, conversion rates, and weekly performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English for professional business correspondence.
- Interest or prior experience in business development, digital marketing, PR, or agency sales.
- Freshers, college interns, or experienced candidates with a growth mindset are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical background).
- Candidates must have their own personal laptop for daily operations.
- Ability to commute to our Ghaziabad workspace on scheduled on-site days.
