: Inside Sales Executive (Pharma B2B & PCD Franchise)

Role Overview - We are looking for a result-driven Inside Sales Executive / Telecalling Specialist to drive our domestic business growth. Unlike a traditional Medical Representative (MR) role, this position is 100% office-based and does not involve field travel or doctor visits.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with B2B clients, pharmaceutical distributors, wholesalers, and entrepreneurs across India over phone and email to pitches, negotiate, and close deals for our PCD Pharma Franchises, monopoly rights, and Third-Party/Contract Manufacturing services.

Key Responsibilities

- B2B Lead Conversion: Call inbound leads and inquiries generated through digital marketing, B2B portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia), and trade directories.
- Franchise Appointment: Pitch company product portfolios, pricing structures,



and monopoly promotional benefits to prospective PCD franchise partners and stockists.
- Account Management: Maintain consistent follow-ups with existing PCD partners to ensure repeat monthly orders and cross-sell new product launches.
- Deal Closure & Onboarding: Handle end-to-end sales pipelines from sharing quotation sheets and visual aids to closing deals, checking payment status, and coordinating stock dispatch with the warehouse.
- CRM Documentation: Track daily calls, conversion statuses, and lead funnels accurately using Excel or internal CRM software.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Telecalling strictly within the Pharmaceutical, Generic Medicine, Healthcare, or Wellness sectors.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
