We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident fresher to join our Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the team in building new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and identify prospective clients through LinkedIn, online platforms, and other sources.

- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.

- Introduce the companys services to potential clients.

- Maintain and regularly update the lead database.

- Schedule meetings and follow up with interested prospects.

- Coordinate with the Business Development team to support client acquisition.

- Build and maintain qualified relationships with potential clients.

- Achieve assigned lead-generation and outreach targets.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and LinkedIn.

- Confident, proactive, and comfortable speaking with new people.

- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
