Job DescriptionBusiness Development InternThis is not a desk-bound lead-generation role.

You’ll work closely with our Growth team and founders to identify opportunities, start conversations, build relationships and move prospects towards real business outcomes.

What You’ll Do
- Research and identify potential schools, partners and opportunities
- Start conversations through calls, messages, email and networking
- Qualify prospects and understand their needs
- Follow up consistently and move opportunities forward




- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records
- Support meetings, events and partnership conversations
- Learn how sales, partnerships and business development work in a growing company

QualificationsYou don’t need years of sales experience. You need the right instincts. We’re looking for someone who:

- Is naturally curious about people and business
- Is comfortable starting conversations with strangers
- Can communicate clearly and confidently
- Can persuade without being pushy
- Is persistent and follows up
- Takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions
- Is comfortable picking up the phone
- Has strong organisational and follow-through skills

Experience in sales, business development, education, events or startups is a plus—but not mandatory. The real qualification?You see an opportunity and do something about it.
