Role Description The Business Development Intern role is an on-site internship based in Delhi, India. The intern will support lead generation, prospect research, and outreach through calls, emails, and social platforms to identify potential clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks, maintaining and updating the CRM or lead tracking tools,



and coordinating with the marketing team to align business development activities with ongoing campaigns.

The intern will also help analyze market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to suggest new opportunities, and participate in client meetings or follow-ups under the guidance of senior team members.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct market and competitor research, analyze data, and identify business opportunities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client outreach, relationship building, and presentation support.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, digital channels (such as social media and SEO), and branding.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM systems) and good organizational skills.
- Ongoing or completed studies in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced agency environment in office in Delhi.
