Role Description The Business Development Intern role is a remote internship focused on expanding Founder Diary’s reach and partnerships within the startup ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential collaborators, conducting lead generation activities, and performing market research to understand audience needs and industry trends.

The intern will support outreach campaigns, engage with founders and partners through calls, emails, and social media, and help maintain robust relationship management and customer service practices.



This role also involves preparing reports on business development activities, contributing ideas to growth strategies, and collaborating closely with the founding team to support ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience or interest in Market Research to evaluate opportunities and interpret data.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage professionally with founders, partners, and team members.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities to identify and qualify prospective partners and collaborators.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, nurture relationships, and ensure a positive stakeholder experience.
- Additional qualifications: ability to work independently in a remote setting, interest in startups and entrepreneurship, basic proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software), and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
