Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Generate high-quality leads for both business units:
- Identify and target early-stage startups, growing SMEs, Large Family Businesses and tech-enabled businesses.
- Actively use LinkedIn, founder communities,



HR/Startup forums, WhatsApp groups, and other digital channels to source prospects.
- Build a strong pipeline through consistent outreach and nurturing.

BD Ownership

- Conduct cold outreach and initiate conversations with founders, HR heads, CXOs, and decision makers.
- Pitch 99Yellow’s services effectively and confidently.
- Schedule and conduct intro calls, discovery discussions, and follow-ups.
- Share proposals, track responses, and close deals.
- Maintain update sheets with lead status and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal HR and recruitment teams for smooth handoff after client onboarding.

Market Research & Branding

- Build prospect lists from relevant industries and geographies.
- Engage with startup communities, accelerators, incubators, and networking groups to generate visibility.
- Support basic social selling activities on LinkedIn (posting, commenting, engaging prospects).

Requirements

- 0-1 yr experience. Freshers are eligible.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with structured outreach, cold messaging, and follow-ups
- Ability to pitch confidently and explain HR services clearly
- Organized, disciplined, and target-driven
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach tools (optional but preferred)
