Job Summary

Bulfro Monitech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for work-oriented and result-driven female candidates for a Work From Home role. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, communicating with customers/candidates, following up regularly, and achieving assigned targets.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic English knowledge, confidence while speaking on calls, and a solid willingness to work and achieve results.

Educational Qualification

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experienced candidates are also welcome.
- Candidates with relevant calling, telecalling, customer handling, sales, or business development experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Make a minimum of 200 calls per day as per assigned requirements.
- Communicate professionally with customers/candidates over phone calls.
- Explain company services, requirements, products, or opportunities clearly.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers/candidates.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain daily call records and update the required reports.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for further follow-up or customer handover.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach while communicating.
- Work independently and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills

- Good communication skills with basic English proficiency.
- Confident and comfortable speaking on phone calls.
- Good Hindi/Marathi communication will be an advantage.




- Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and result-focused approach.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls on a daily basis.
- Self-disciplined and capable of working independently from home.
- Good time-management and reporting skills.
- Willingness to learn and improve.

Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who are:

- Work-oriented and target-driven.
- Comfortable making at least 200 calls daily.
- Consistent with follow-ups and daily reporting.
- Confident, disciplined, and responsible while working from home.
- Focused on achieving measurable results.
- Comfortable communicating with customers/candidates.
- Ready to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Preferred Candidates Freshers: Candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Experienced: Candidates with experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, business development, recruitment calling, or similar roles are welcome.

Work From Home Requirements

- Quiet and professional workplace for making calls.
- Ability to work according to the assigned working hours.
- Good attendance, discipline, and regular reporting.

Salary Salary: 6-8 k per month, depending on skills, experience, and interview performance.
