Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented

Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to company growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking.

- Identify and approach potential clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and existing clients.

- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.

- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- 6 months – 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
