and managed IT support Understand customer needs and position Tec Sight’s solutions effectively Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored proposals Drive opportunities across digital workplace, hybrid IT, and Gen-AI services Develop long-term relationships with IT heads, CIOs, and business stakeholders Achieve quarterly revenue targets and support overall business growth Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting What We’re Looking For2-3+ years of experience in IT Services & Solutions sales (hardware, software, or IT Infrastructure Managed services, Cloud )Strong communication skills with a consultative selling skills Ability to translate enterprise IT challenges into effective solutions Proven experience managing end-to-end sales cycles Relationship-oriented, with a robust customer-first mindset Exposure to cloud, hybrid infrastructure, AI solutions, or staffing services is an advantage
