Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern role based in Pune City. The intern will support lead generation activities by researching potential clients, updating prospect lists, and assisting in outreach campaigns. Daily tasks include conducting market research on cybersecurity trends and competitor offerings,



preparing summaries to support sales strategies, and helping identify new business opportunities.

The role involves assisting with client communication by drafting emails, supporting follow-up activities, and providing basic customer service support under guidance. The intern will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, identify business opportunities, and support sales decision-making.
- Effective communication skills, including transparent written and verbal communication for client outreach and internal collaboration.
- Lead generation and customer service skills to support prospecting, outreach, and basic client interaction.
- Market research skills to gather, organize, and present insights on industry trends, target segments, and competitors.
- Interest in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology services; prior exposure to B2B sales or business development is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with productivity tools and a willingness to learn new tools.
