About the Role

Keys On Rent is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and target-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will generate leads, meet prospective customers, conduct property visits, and convert inquiries into successful bookings. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer engagement, and achieving targets while ensuring a seamless rental experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales

- Generate new leads through field activities, referrals, and assigned inquiries.

- Meet prospective customers, understand their accommodation requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property visits and accompany customers during site inspections.

• Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and booking targets assigned by the company.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a seamless rental experience. • Handle customer queries and concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. • Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers and business partners.

Sales Operations

- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and move-in processes. • Maintain accurate customer records, follow-ups,



and booking updates in the CRM.
- Stay updated on property availability, pricing, offers, and market trends.

• Submit daily activity reports and sales updates to the report managers .

Eligibility

- Graduate or Undergraduate from any discipline.
- 02 years of experience in Field Sales, Real Estate, Hospitality, BFSI, Telecom, Retail Sales, or Customer Acquisition.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply.
- Must be willing to travel extensively for customer meetings and property visits.

• Two-wheeler and a valid Driving Licence are preferred.
