Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Udupi. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting lead generation activities, and building a strong sales pipeline.

The Business Development

Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients, present solutions, negotiate terms, and manage accounts to ensure long-term relationships and repeat business. Daily responsibilities include market research, outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, collaboration with internal teams to tailor proposals, and tracking business development metrics.



The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation in CRM tools and providing regular reports on business growth and client engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to build and maintain a robust pipeline.
- Solid understanding of business and commercial principles, particularly in software and technology services.
- Excellent communication skills, including professional verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Account management experience, with the ability to nurture client relationships and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Prior experience in B2B sales or business development in IT or SaaS services is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with using CRM systems and productivity tools to track leads, activities, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Udupi, manage multiple priorities, and meet revenue and activity targets.
- Software Sales filed experience candidates preferred.
