Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Vadodara | Work from Office

Experience: 0–3 Years

Work Mode: Full-time | On-site | Day Shift

What You’ll Do

- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Conduct outbound prospecting and qualify potential clients
- Identify client requirements and recommend the right IT/AI solutions
- Connect and communicate with CXO-level stakeholders
- Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and product demonstrations
- Handle objections using a consultative approach
- Follow up on quotations and proposals
- Maintain accurate records using CRM platforms
- Build and maintain strong client and business relationships
- Work with prospects across different time zones

What We’re Looking For

- Strong English communication & presentation skills
- Confidence in interacting with CXO-level professionals




- Understanding of B2B sales and lead generation
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer the right solutions
- Solid negotiation and consultative selling skills
- Basic understanding of IT solutions, SaaS, AI, LLMs & Cloud
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools is a plus

Eligibility

- Any Graduate with fluent English communication skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing is preferred
- 0–3 years of experience
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome to apply
