We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to expand our business in Kadapa. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, building client relationships, and identifying recent business opportunities to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Meet potential customers and explain the company's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and local events.





Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Field Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Kadapa local market is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for field visits.
- Must be fluent in Telugu.

Basic

English/Hindi is an added advantage.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
