Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Business Development Executive / Manager – Compliance & Cybersecurity. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities for cybersecurity and compliance services, including prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing relationships with decision-makers.

The individual will conduct client meetings and presentations, understand client requirements, and collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to propose appropriate solutions.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and commercial offers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely follow-up until closure. The role also requires maintaining account relationships, tracking market trends and competitors, and contributing to revenue growth and strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with experience identifying, qualifying, and converting prospects.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage pipelines, build long-term relationships, and drive revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and stakeholder engagement.
- Relevant experience in cybersecurity, IT services, or compliance consulting sales, preferably selling PCI DSS, ISO, VAPT, SOC, or GRC solutions.
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally working with enterprise or government clients.
- Robust analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into business value for clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent business qualification is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a target-driven setting and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an in office setting.
