Job Summary The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to promote products and services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Required Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in business development or sales (fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles).
- Robust communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
