Role Description The Business Development Executive will work on-site in Trivandrum in a full-time capacity, focusing on identifying and securing new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, qualifying potential clients, and nurturing relationships through regular communication and presentations.

This role involves collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with Konceptale’s marketing, creative, and PR services, and preparing proposals and commercial offers.

The Business Development

Executive will manage accounts post-acquisition to support client satisfaction, track performance,



and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The position also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, monitoring market trends, and contributing to business development strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to handle client relationships, proposals, and ongoing engagements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including professional written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in marketing, advertising, or creative industries is beneficial, particularly in brand strategy or digital marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Trivandrum, meet revenue targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
