Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Lead Generation – Identify potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels.

- Cold Calling & Emailing – Contact prospective clients, introduce the company’s products/services, and generate interest.

- Client Meetings – Schedule and conduct meetings with prospects to understand their requirements.

- Product/Service Presentation – Explain the company's offerings and demonstrate how they can solve clients' problems.

- Follow-ups – Regularly follow up with leads and prospects to move them through the sales process.

- Sales Conversion – Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.

- Relationship Building – Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Market Research – Research competitors, market trends, customer needs, and recent business opportunities.

- Prepare Proposals & Quotations – Create business proposals, quotations, presentations, and other sales documents.

- Negotiation – Discuss pricing, terms,



and contracts with clients and work toward mutually beneficial agreements.

- CRM Management – Update customer information, lead status, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM software.

- Sales Reporting – Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, meetings, conversions, revenue, and pipeline.

- Coordinate with Internal Teams – Work with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution.

- Customer Feedback – Collect feedback from clients and communicate their requirements or concerns to the relevant teams.

- Achieve Sales Targets – Consistently work toward individual and company revenue and business development goals.
