We're hiring a BDE to drive growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and consistent follow-ups. You'll manage the sales pipeline end-to-end from identifying leads to closing conversions using CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce/LeadSquared/HubSpot).

We're looking for someone calm yet confident, a team player, positive attitude, and genuinely driven to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation (cold calling, research, referrals)

Client Acquisition & Proposal Sharing

Consistent Follow-ups & CRM Updates

Market/Competitor Research

Client Relationship Management

Reporting & Target Achievement

Salary: based on Interview

Timings: 10 AM 6 PM | Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday

Work Policy: 3 days WFO + 2.5 days WFH

Location: Supreme Works, Sector 125, Noida (Nearest Metro: Okhla Bird Sanctuary)

Growth: Salary reviewed after 3 months based on performance.
