About the RoleWe are looking for a Delegate Acquisition Executive to join our team. The role involves connecting with professionals and decision-makers, inviting them to attend our business conferences, and building robust relationships with potential delegates.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential delegates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Explain conference details, benefits,



and participation opportunities to potential delegates.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into confirmed delegates.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the internal team to achieve delegate acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with professionals and business leaders.
- Meet individual and team targets.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with professionals.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or the events industry is an added advantage.
