Field Work Executive – PhonePe

- Visit local shops and businesses to promote and sell PhonePe QR Codes and Soundboxes.

- Approach shopkeepers and explain the benefits and features of PhonePe products.

- Cover 14–15 shops every day as part of the daily field activity requirement.

- Generate current merchant leads and onboard eligible shopkeepers.

- Maintain regular interaction with merchants and provide necessary support.

- Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.

- No hard selling is required, as shopkeepers are already familiar with PhonePe.

- Maintain proper records of merchant visits and onboarding activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily shop-to-shop field visits.

- Sell and install/promote PhonePe QR Codes and Soundboxes.

- Onboard new merchants.

- Maintain good relationships with shopkeepers.

- Meet daily coverage and sales targets.

- Complete required documentation for merchant onboarding.





- Report daily field activities to the reporting team.

- Utilize the support provided by the company to achieve targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Aadhaar Card required.

- PAN Card required.

- 12th Marksheet required.

- Bank Passbook required.

- Bike is preferred.

- Comfortable with daily fieldwork and travelling.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Target-oriented and hardworking candidates preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Starting Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹24,000 per month

- Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000 per month

- PF: Provided

- ESI: Provided
