About the Role

Mind & Brain Hospital is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive – Healthcare | Hospital Marketing & Outreach to drive business growth, strengthen referral networks, develop corporate relationships, and increase awareness of our hospital's healthcare services.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with field visits, networking, lead generation, hospital outreach, relationship management, and achieving business development targets .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business development and hospital marketing strategies to increase patient referrals and hospital reach.
- Conduct regular field visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, institutions, and other healthcare organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, healthcare professionals, corporates, HR teams, and referral partners .
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, referral channels, and strategic partnerships.
- Generate leads through field marketing, networking, corporate outreach, referrals, and other business development activities.
- Promote the hospital's psychiatric and mental healthcare services to relevant stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain corporate tie-ups and institutional partnerships .
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of leads and referrals.
- Follow up with prospective clients, referral sources, and corporate partners to convert opportunities into business.
- Maintain regular records of field visits, leads, referrals, meetings, and conversions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.




- Represent the hospital professionally during meetings, conferences, awareness programs, and networking events.
- Organize and participate in healthcare awareness programs, corporate wellness activities, camps, and outreach initiatives .
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, lead generation, referral sources, and revenue contribution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field .
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Healthcare Marketing, Hospital Marketing, Medical Sales, or a related field.
- Experience in hospital/healthcare business development or field marketing will be preferred.
- Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently handle field visits and client meetings .
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a business development environment.
- Good presentation and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and maintaining business reports.
- Willingness to travel locally within Bengaluru for meetings and field visits.
- Candidates with an existing healthcare referral network or corporate connections will be an advantage.
