Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic, ambitious, and persuasive Field Sales Executive to spearhead outreach, aspiring political candidates, and local public representatives across Pune (PMC) and Pimpri-Chinchwad (PCMC). In this role, you will visit ward offices, deliver live demonstrations of our flagship Android application and SaaS admin dashboard and close annual software subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Office Visits: Conduct in-person visits to local PR offices of Corporators and political candidates across target areas.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Connect and build rapport with key gatekeepers, including Personal Assistants (PAs), PR heads, and social media campaign managers, to secure decision-maker meetings.

- Live Product Demonstrations: Deliver interactive live demos of the Android mobile app and web-based grievance management dashboard on tablets/smartphones.

- Value-Driven Pitching: Articulate the benefits of digital grievance management, direct voter connectivity, and constituent data analytics to local representatives.

- Deal Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate and close annual subscription packages (SaaS plans)



and manage post-sales payment collection.

- Basic Onboarding Support: Assist the client’s office staff with basic app onboarding and setup after a deal is finalized.

- Pipeline Management: Maintain daily visit logs, pipeline status, and follow-ups in the company CRM/reporting sheets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in any stream (Marketing, Business, IT, or Humanities).

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Marathi working proficiency in Hindi and English.

- Local Geography Knowledge: Solid familiarity with key areas across Pune (PMC) and Pimpri-Chinchwad (PCMC).

- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and objection-handling abilities with a respectful and professional demeanor.

- Mobility: Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily on-field travel.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating smartphone apps, Android settings, and web admin portals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
