About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will work primarily from our client's builder site in Mumbai, engaging directly with clients and site visitors to explain Nestara's home loan platform and guide them through the loan discovery and application process. This is a great opportunity for candidates with prior home loan sales experience to grow in a structured, process-driven work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and site visitors, explaining Nestara's home loan platform and offerings
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable loan options
- Guide clients through the loan discovery, comparison, and application process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams and client representatives to close leads
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
Who Should Apply
- 12 years of experience in Home Loan (HL) sales
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Comfortable working 6 days a week, with 5 days at the builder site
- A confident, client-facing attitude with a proven sales track record
- Willingness to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment
