Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident Business Development Executive who can communicate with international clients, generate new leads, attend online meetings, understand client requirements, and convert leads into business opportunities….

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with international/foreign clients through calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Attend and confidently handle client meetings with overseas clients.
- Understand client requirements and present our services in a clear and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and potential clients regularly.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and other business documents.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to meet client requirements.
- Maintain records of leads, client conversations, follow-ups, and sales activities.




- Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets..

Required Skills:

- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
- Must be comfortable communicating with foreign/international clients.
- Confidence in attending and conducting Zoom/Google Meet/online meetings.
- Solid communication, negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Good understanding of the sales and business development process.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, LinkedIn, Email, Zoom, and Google Meet.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, IT Sales, or Client Handling is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent English communication and strong confidence may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
