Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Trivandrum. The BDE will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, and drive lead generation efforts through research, outreach, and networking. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting agency services, preparing proposals, and negotiating agreements in coordination with internal teams.

The role involves managing client relationships, supporting account handovers to the delivery team, tracking performance against targets, and providing regular reports and insights to leadership.



The BDE will collaborate closely with marketing and account management to align business development activities with the agency’s growth goals.

Qualifications

- Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads
- Pitch Made in Space services to clients through meetings, calls, and presentations
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, pricing, and timelines
- Work closely with strategy, creative, and performance teams to build solutions that match client goals
- Negotiate with clients and close deals confidently
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new business ideas and service offerings
- Track leads, follow-ups, and closures in an organised manner
- Prepare basic weekly and monthly sales performance reports
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities

Requirements
- Minimum 1.5+ year experience in digital marketing or agency sales
- Good understanding of digital marketing services such as:Social Media Marketing, Meta & Google Ads, SEO, Website development basics, Content and creative services.
